The RxSafe 1800™ System allows retail pharmacies to finally realize the enormous potential of pharmacy automation technology. We could have developed yet another automated dispensing system, but we chose to combine dispensing with comprehensive inventory and workflow solutions.
Our technology stores and automates up to 5,400 prescription containers in less than 40 square feet of space, and realizes a peak capacity of 500 scripts/hour. As a point of comparison, most vial-filling robots can automate a maximum of 200 medications at a peak capacity of 120-150 scripts/hour.
For the first time, one automation solution lets pharmacies maintain an unprecedented level of control in inventory management, security, and prescription filling.
RxSafe,LLC was founded by William Holmes, who has devoted much of his professional career to the development of automated storage and dispensing equipment. He holds BSME And EMBA degrees and has been granted over 40 U.S. and foreign patents.
